The MF Freezer from WCB Ice Cream is a completely self-contained unit with integrated refrigeration. As soon as air, mix, power and water connections have been established, the machine is immediately ready for use. The MF Freezer has a capacity between of 400 to 1500 litres per hour, and can also be used for scraped-surface freezing.

 

 

 

 

Due to the all stainless steel construction of the MF Freezer, maintenance and cleaning will be reduced. All parts of the freezer coming into direct contact with the mix/ice cream are made of stainless steel or food grade plastic, which further facilitates hygiene control. The MF freezer can be supplied with manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic controls, according to customer requirements. 

 

The housing of the MF freezer consists of welded, heavy stainless steel plates. The lower section (which contains the non-vibrating, suspended cooling compressor) is built on a stainless steel frame, with easily removable stainless steel panels. The freezer is also supplied with adjustable feet.

The WS Freezer line was designed to give you more control of your process. A choice of manual, semi-automatic or fully-automatic models allows selection of the level of control needed.

 

Semi-automatic and automatic WS Freezers feature the proven Viscotrol system to maintain constant ice cream viscosity, whether it is stiff and dry for extrusions, or soft and flowable for mold filling. WS Freezers were designed for easy cleaning and maintenance.

 

The newest generation of the WS series is the WS-EU freezer with a simplified control system, inlcuding a color touch-screen and electronic level control for ammonia or Freon
